Submitting Samples in Hong Kong?
To get started, fill out the appropriate Service Request Form (SRF) for each sample you’re submitting. If you would like a group of samples reported on one test report, you may use one Service Request Form.

How Many Samples Do I Need to Submit?
The quantities below are a general guideline and are not intended to cover all types of products or testing combinations. Under certain circumstances, particularly when surface coatings are to be tested, additional samples may be required. When in doubt, more samples are better.
Premiums: 12-24 samples
Small Toys: (fist size) 12-24 samples
Children's Metal Jewelry: Contact a Client Service Representative, sample size depends heavily on the product and tests to be preformed
Medium Toys: (basketball size) 6-12 samples
Large Toys: 3-6 samples
Food Contact Items: 6-12 samples

How Long Does it Take?
Our regular turnaround time in Hong Kong is 5 business days after samples and completed SRF are received at our laboratory. Express services are available for an additional charge. Refer to the table below for details. If you have special needs outside of the service levels detailed in the table below, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your specific needs. A Test Sample Notification will be issued to the client the next business day after sample receipt and will detail the samples received and tests to be performed.

How Do I Get My Test Results?
Test reports will be emailed in pdf format to the report recipients identified on the Service Request Form. Hard copies will be mailed upon request.
How Much Will it Cost?
We are happy to provide you with a cost estimate before testing. To do that, we ask that you fill out the appropriate Service Request Form and provide at least one sample to be used for our reference when determining appropriate tests to be conducted. In you have several styles in one assortment, please provide a sample of each style.
